Shipping Time Frames
 

Since every piece is custom made one by one, by hand to each customers specific height, measurements, color requested, demand of product, and sourcing specific fabric and or hardware. Orders can take up to one month to make. If you need a deadline secured you can elect to place a RUSH Order and receive your piece by a deadline (details below) Please allow 4-5 days shipping time due to COVID-19, usually (2-3 days)

Rush Shipping

To place a rush order simply select "Rush Shipping during checkout. We have 2 levels of rush shipping available. Rush shipping guarantees that your package will arrive by the due date provided by the client. The earliest we can ship your order is 5 DAYS or 2 weeks from the date of payment, plus 2 business days shipping time. To place a rush order select "RUSH SHIPPING" during checkout, then you MUST email iamclassyp@gmail.com your order number, full name and event date and we'll begin processing your rush order request immediately. You must email us your event date, to secure your deadline. It is imperative you provide your deadline for the deadline to be met. Once a Rush Order is placed and paid for the fabric is cut and put in line to be sewn in an order for all deadlines to be met. if an event date is not given I can not know if it will be met. If deadline is not given then 7 day rush will ship in 7 days from the date ordered and the 2 week rush will ship 3 weeks from date ordered. 

Measurements 

How do I get my measurements? It is VERY important you give us the correct measurements. Waist (measure the smallest part of your waist without sucking in) and hip (measure the fullest part of your hip/butt). Walmart, and any craft store i.e: Jo Ann's, Hobby Lobby, Michael's sell them for about $1. Alterations shops and local seamstresses can take your measurements also. If you can not get exact measurements and need to order immediately please text me 262-422-6840 your numerical pants and shirt size and a full body picture of yourself or who the garment is for, and I will provide you with estimated measurements. What forms of payment is accepted?

All major Credit or Debit Cards are accepted. Pay Pal is also an acceptable form of payment. 

Returns & Refunds

Are deposits or custom designs refundable

Deposits and custom designs are 100% Non Refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to purchase fabrics, material and LOCK IN your order. So once a deposit is paid we immediately use it to purchase the material/fabrics to make your custom order; therefore, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstance. 

What do I do, if I can not place an order on the website?

Email a picture of the product you'd like to order along with your phone number and measurements to iamclassyp@gmail.com A invoice will be emailed to you manually. 

I cannot find the answer to my questions, how do I reach Customer Service?
